No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At OrthoAlabama Spine & Sports, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare while ensuring that all our patients receive timely and efficient care. To better serve everyone, we are introducing Appointment No-Show & Cancellation Guidelines, effective July 13, 2026. These guidelines aim to minimize scheduling disruptions and improve the overall experience for everyone.

For New & Established Patients

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $50 fee may apply for missed appointments without giving notice in advance.
• No-Shows: A $50 fee will be apply to any appointment that is missed without a phone call to cancel or reschedule in advance.
