Shannon Hall is a dual-board-certified adult gerontology and women’s health nurse practitioner at OrthoAlabama Spine & Sports. She provides advanced orthopedic-injection services to patients ages 14 and up at our satellite clinic in Pell City and is skilled in treating a variety of joint and soft tissue issues. 

Her injection treatments include: shoulder, hip, elbow, wrist, knee, and great trochanter (outer hip) injections, as well as trigger-point injections for muscle pain or spasms. These services support patients dealing with arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, joint pain, and other orthopedic conditions seeking non-surgical treatment or pain relief.

Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), giving her a strong foundation in advanced clinical care in adult and women's health.

She is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized orthopedic care, and helping individuals of all activity levels get back to their daily lives with comfort and confidence.
